Eaglepaw can be Eagleheart
Lakepaw can be Lakewing
Dreampaw can be Dreamcloud
You don't have to use these, just suggestions.
Also, you should probably wait until at least Redpaw and Templepaw become warriors before Eaglepaw and his siblings become warriors/medicine cat, because then they were out before the rest of the apprentices. ;)
